Is this only a post generator?
No. Posts are one part of the loop. What happens after a post goes out is the other part: the first comment, the plug, the mirror onto your other accounts, and capturing the people who reply.
Can I review everything first?
Yes. Review-first mode is the default. You can approve, edit, skip, regenerate, or keep autopilot paused.
Does it run without consent?
